About Us

We Believe Every Person Deserves to Thrive

Kaleidoscope Kollege was founded on a simple conviction: that evidence-based behavioral and educational support should be available to every family, regardless of where they live.

Our Mission

Compassionate Care, Measurable Results

Founded in Northern Virginia and serving families across all 50 states, Kaleidoscope Kollege brings together Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Registered Nurses, Speech-Language Pathologists, social workers, psychologists, and special education specialists — all under one roof, all online.

We started because we saw the gap. Families in rural areas, families without transportation, families on waitlists for years — all waiting for the same quality of care that urban families take for granted. We built Kaleidoscope Kollege to close that gap, delivering services in-home, in-clinic, online, and in the community.

Our model is simple: hire exceptional clinicians across every discipline, build individualized programs, measure everything, and keep families at the center of every decision. The result is care that works — and families who feel supported, not just served.

"Every child, teen, and adult we serve has a unique story. Our job is to understand that story and build a plan that honors it."
Dr. Amara Osei, Ph.D., BCBA-D — Founder & Executive Director
Evidence-Based

Every service we offer is grounded in peer-reviewed research and clinical best practices. We never guess — we measure, analyze, and adapt.

Family-Centered

Families are partners in every plan. We build caregivers' capacity alongside the individuals we serve.

Accessible

Online delivery means no geographic barriers. We serve all 50 states so every family can access quality support.
